Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate marks listing

London Stock Exchange is delighted to welcome Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate Plc to the Premium Segment of its Main Market under the ticker KWE.

At the listing in February 2014, the Group issued ordinary shares priced at £10 each, valuing the Group at over £1 billion. The IPO of Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate Plc was the second largest real estate IPO on the London Stock Exchange on record.

The Company invests primarily in real estate and real estate loans across Europe, with an initial focus on the UK, Ireland and Spain. The Company’s primary objectives are to generate and grow long-term cash flows to pay dividends and to enhance capital values by way of focused asset management and strategic acquisitions, with the intention of creating value for its shareholders.
