London Stock Exchange welcomes Jimmy Choo PLC to the Main Market

London Stock Exchange today welcomes Jimmy Choo, the luxury shoes and accessories brand, to the premium listing segment of the Official List on the Main Market

Jimmy Choo is a 21st century accessories brand with shoes at its heart, with a focus on glamour, style authority, craftsmanship, luxury positioning and a distinctive iconic brand. Jimmy Choo has developed a growing global distribution network encompassing over 120 directly operated stores in prime locations supported by a rapidly growing e-commerce business, a high quality network of wholesale distributors and a successful new market entry franchise business model.  

Jimmy Choo’s shareholders raised approximately £141 million at an offer price of 140pence per ordinary share, giving Jimmy Choo a market capitalisation of approximately £545.6 million at admission.
