London Stock Exchange welcomes Project Finance Investments Limited

Project Finance Investments Limited is a closed ended investment company traded on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and managed by Gravis Capital Partners LLP (GCP). The Company seeks to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for its shareholders through regular, growing distributions and modest capital appreciation over the long term. It targets an annualized dividend yield of 6% (with modest growth over the long term) through investment in a diversified portfolio of projects which have contracted, predictable medium to long term cash flows and/or physical assets, such investments being "project finance". The Company's investments are predominantly in the form of medium to long term fixed rate loans and are secured against UK based cash flows and/or physical assets.

Admission to trading on the LSE markets is a tremendously exciting time in the evolution of any company and for Project Finance Investments Limited represents the start of what the Board and GCP believe will be a gradual growth trajectory on a globally recognised trading platform offering investors the opportunity to gain exposure to UK project finance through an investment company structure with daily liquidity and access to the investment management expertise of GCP. The IPO of Project Finance Investments represents the third such admission of listed funds managed by GCP since 2010.

"Following the successful IPO of the Company, the Board is wholly focused on working with GCP to deliver the Company's investment objective and to grow its asset base over time. In celebrating the Company's admission to trading here at the London Stock Exchange, we in particular wish to thank our shareholders for having shown fantastic support for the Company's IPO and our advisers, including GCP, for their hard and diligent work in guiding us through the listing process."
