The programme, led by the London Stock Exchange Group and delivered in partnership with Imperial College Business School, delivers an 18-month engagement blending educational modules and workshops, access to investors, business mentoring, and advice from top industry experts equipping management teams with the necessary skills and networks to drive their business to sustainable success.

ELITE is ‘capital source neutral’ and aims to prepare companies for all exit types. The programme’s vast network of investors and international advisers gives companies access to a diversified capital pool (Debt products, Venture Capital and Private Equity funds as well as the IPO).

ELITE companies since joining collectively have raised over £200m in private equity deals and grant funding, over 40 M&A and JV deals including Naked Wines merging with AIM-listed Majestic Wines, News Corp’s acquisition of Unruly.
