Partnering to support the banking community
LSEG’s data, news and analytics partnership with Dow Jones was announced in July 2024 and will usher in a multi-year collaboration that introduces a data-first approach designed to optimise the global deal-making space and enrich the news experience for users. Set to launch in early 2025, LSEG and Dow Jones are co-developing an enhanced news experience within Workspace, curated by Dow Jones senior editors to showcase the top news from across the full range of Dow Jones news brands, individually tailored to meet the needs of the Workspace audience.
In terms of the partnership, the Wall Street Journal, will complement its coverage of global deals with LSEG’s deals intelligence and league tables, which are widely accepted as the gold standard within the market.
In addition, LSEG’s Workspace platform will be enhanced with integrated news and commentary from all Dow Jones news services. The full suite of Dow Jones brands forming part of this partnership includes The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, Dow Jones Newswires, WSJ Pro, WSJ Opinion, Investor’s Business Daily, Private Equity News, Financial News and MarketWatch. Dow Jones news brands are renowned for their depth, quality, and breadth of coverage – with particular focus on business and finance. Alongside exclusive access to Reuters news, you now have access to a unique combination of the world's most reputable and unbiased news.
The net result of this powerful collaboration is a rich ecosystem that delivers optimised deals intelligence, an enhanced news experience, advanced insights and detailed commentary to support the banking community.
