Auto Partial Settlement (APS) in Euroclear Sweden

Dear Member,

Further to the LCH Ltd (LCH) EquityClear circular number 4038, dated 9 August 2019, the Go-Live Date of the new APS Functionality offered by Euroclear Sweden will be Monday 18 November 2019.

We request our EquityClear members (and, where relevant, their clients) to:

• discuss the APS Functionality with their settlement agents and Euroclear Sweden; and

• ensure that they use the appropriate partial settlement option and account settings, to enable use of the APS Functionality within Euroclear Sweden from the Go-Live Date.
