In this course, you will learn about the building blocks of technical analysis, with a focus on the underlying assumptions of Dow Theory, the core principles of technical analysis, and the advantages and disadvantages of using technical analysis as part of your trading strategies. You will become familiar with the types of charts used in technical analysis, increase your understanding of trend lines, and learn how to identify patterns across asset classes. This course focuses on the theory of technical analysis, while also covering some basic practical elements.
